The Four Seasons of Herndon Recreation Association (REC) was incorporated by the developer, the National Homes Construction Corporation, on March 7, 1973. The REC is composed of all lots of the Four Seasons community, both townhouse and single-family homes, including Autumn Glen.
The express purpose of the association is to manage, maintain, operate and preserve its facilities, however, the Recreation Association also serves as the governing homeowners body for the single-family homeowners in the community, including the original and Autumn Glen sections of Four Seasons. Recreational facilities include the clubhouse, swimming pool and adjacent fenced-in picnic and play area, multi-purpose courts and recreational field contained on the 7-1/2 acres on Herndon Parkway.
